On October 16, 2025, we held our second game night of the year, which was filled with good cheer, team spirit, and shared laughter. All new colleagues who had joined us since the last game night in April were invited, as were the office team, long-time employees, and team leaders. After a relaxed round of introductions, during which everyone was allowed to ask their neighbor a spontaneous question, the ice was quickly broken and the mood was exuberant.
The participants were then divided into three teams, and the first round began with the game “That smells suspicious.” Each team was given a question with several possible answers—only one of which was correct, while the others were made up and had to sound as convincing as possible. This required not only knowledge, but also creativity.
The second round featured “Activity” – a classic game that is simply a must at our game nights. Whether through pantomime, drawing, or description, the teams gave their all to guess the terms and score as many points as possible.
The third round continued with the game “Never Have I Ever.” Each person drew a card with a statement and had to read it aloud—the rest of the group had to guess whether it was true or not. This brought some surprising and, above all, funny stories to light.
The evening concluded with the game “Fun Fact.” Each employee had submitted a fun fact about themselves in advance, and the teams now had to match it to the right person. Whether surprising characteristics or curious abilities – this evening showed how colorful, diverse, and unique our team really is.
All in all, it was a thoroughly successful evening that not only created a great atmosphere, but also helped us get to know the new team members better and further strengthen our team spirit.
