PIT is back to learning with a seaview!
Sometimes it’s the positive experiences that call for a repeat. After our English course in Mallorca last year was a resounding success and the positive effects were repeatedly felt in our day-to-day work, one thing was clear to us: We want to do this again! A brief discussion with our management was all it took—enthusiasm was high, and the go-ahead for the follow-up was given.
And so, this year, a motivated team of four from PIT set off for the island to take their language skills and team spirit to the next level!
Perfectly Prepared for the Learning Adventure
Our team planned the entire trip well in advance. From daily excursions to sightseeing—everything was organized and booked ahead of time. The goal? To explore Mallorca even more deeply and use the island as a living classroom. Because that makes it even more impressive!
In collaboration with the trusted team at the Alpha Institute, long, intensive English sessions awaited us once again. But progress wasn’t limited to cramming grammar and technical vocabulary: The team discovered many new, potential highlights on the island that enriched the stay both linguistically and culturally. And, of course, the most important rule applied this time as well: From morning to night, we communicated exclusively in English!
Motivation for the Future
All the hard work has more than paid off. The sense of accomplishment was palpable on both sides: The Alpha Institute was thrilled with our tremendous progress, and we are proud of what we have achieved during this time.
This journey has not only improved our language skills but also brought us even closer together as a team. It is the best proof that we are on exactly the right path to continue growing as a company and to strengthen our international presence.
