PIT Summer Party 2026 – Burgers, Bingo, and Special Moments
Last Friday, it was once again time to celebrate together at PIT! With perfect summer weather, our employees gathered for this year’s summer party.
At 5:30 p.m., we kicked things off with a short speech before moving right on to the culinary part of the event. This year, Eventschneiderei took care of the food—serving freshly prepared burgers and everything else needed for a perfect summer evening. After dinner, the program featured two very special moments.
A SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENT IN APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING
We had the pleasure of honoring our first PIT apprentice, who received recognition for his outstanding performance as early as his second year of training. A fantastic achievement of which we are very proud!
His trainer, Tolga, also addressed him with a few personal words and praised his dedication and progress to date. For us, this success is also a wonderful confirmation of how important dedicated and personalized training within the company is.
FAREWELL AFTER 12 YEARS TOGETHER
Things got emotional afterward during the farewell for our longtime employee Sergej. After a total of twelve years at PIT, he has decided to pursue a new career path.
The management team bid him farewell with personal remarks and a look back at our time together. After so many years, saying goodbye is naturally not easy. We thank Sergej for his many years of dedication, his collaboration, and the many shared memories, and we wish him all the best on his new journey from the bottom of our hearts!
And then it was: BINGO!
After all those emotional moments, of course, there had to be some fun—and there was plenty of it.
Our PIT Bingo quickly became a real highlight of the evening. With numerous prizes, plenty of excitement, and above all, lots of laughter, everyone was on the edge of their seats as number after number was called.
It was clear just how well it went over when our employees immediately started calling out, “One more round!” 😄
After all that excitement, we first enjoyed some refreshments at the dessert buffet before wrapping up the official part of the evening.
After that, the party continued with more laughter and, of course, dancing. It wasn’t until around midnight that this thoroughly successful summer party came to an end.
Evenings like these remind us time and again that a company is so much more than machines, numbers, and the daily grind. Above all, it’s the people, the camaraderie, and the shared experiences that make a team.
A fantastic summer party that has once again brought us closer together as a team.
