Loops, adrenaline, and fun—that was the focus of PIT AHEAD 3.0, our team event this year for eleven selected colleagues from the office and production.
On July 22, 2025, we set off together for the four-star Colosseo resort at Europapark Rust. After a short tea and coffee break with fresh pretzels, we started a seminar with our trainer Berthold that moved us on many levels.
Right at the beginning, everyone was allowed to choose a picture that symbolized a personal story or a current topic. This introduction not only created a special atmosphere, but also reflected genuine appreciation within the group.
A subsequent game, in which we had to describe our neighbor with only two words, provided moving moments, honest feedback, and a lot of inspiration. This was followed by a SWOT analysis, in which we jointly examined new opportunities, risks, strengths, and weaknesses of PIT.
Lunch in the stylish Medici restaurant provided an opportunity for discussion before the group moved on to an energetic game of tag, with the aim of stealing each other’s clothes pegs. The activity was not only fun, but also promoted team spirit and responsiveness.
In the afternoon, the SWOT results were evaluated and expectations between the individual departments were discussed openly and honestly. It was impressive to see how clearly and respectfully everyone communicated – and how concrete commitments were made to do things differently and better in the future. A particular highlight was the communication game with LEGO bricks: while one person described the model, the other had to rebuild it without seeing it – a simple but effective test of our communication skills. At the end of the first day, we reflected on our PIT core values and how we live them in our everyday work.
After checking into the Hotel Bell Rock, we met for dinner at Captains Finest at 7 p.m. Between the water show and violin music, the day came to an impressive close.
The next morning began at 7:30 a.m. with breakfast together, followed by a short feedback session in which we shared our learnings and impressions with each other.
Then it was off to Europapark! Roller coasters, laughter, adrenaline, and lots of fun together characterized the rest of the day. Whether it was Silverstar or more leisurely attractions, there was something for everyone, and the experience strengthened our team spirit in a very special way. At 5 p.m., we headed back to Schramberg – fulfilled, tired, and with many wonderful memories in our luggage.
PIT AHEAD 3.0 was not just a seminar, but an experience full of energy, exchange, and genuine connection.
A big thank you goes to our trainer and the organization team – you made one of the highlights of the year possible.
