Christmas party 2022
Also in the year 2022 there was again a great Christmas party at the company PIT. Together with a total of 40 employees, they celebrated the end of the year. This year’s event took place at “die Säge” in Kappel. The employees were first welcomed at the open fire with a wintry mulled wine. For the physical well-being there was afterwards a rich buffet consisting of pre-main course and dessert.
After all employees had taken their seats, the annual review was presented. Thereby topics like: Turnover, novelties, personnel changes or also novelties for the coming year were presented. This moment was also an opportunity to congratulate some employees on their anniversary. As a thank you for their commitment and loyalty, the management presented four employees with a set of barbecue utensils and a cookbook for their 10 years of service. The crowning glory was also a voucher for a joint Weber barbecue course.
Some employees also received an honorary certificate and a bottle of wine for their exemplary work, as well as for their commitment and active support. Finally, there was a shopping voucher associated with the home card worth 1,000 EUR for Rolf Lehmann, who has been with the company for more than 20 years. But the remaining employees did not go empty-handed either. For the outstanding year all employees received a bonus of 2.000 EUR.
After the dessert, our DJ SHEK put on the music and initiated the dancing part of the evening, and as so usual at the company PIT, all employees danced until late hours. Around 2.00 a.m. the last bus drove back to the company.
