The Team goes bowling
Production In Time hosted its next team building event at BOWL & Co. in Leonberg and the team was looking forward to getting together again and having fun. At the beginning, the participants were divided into three groups and had 2 hours to play.
We were all able to relax and have fun together, which is important for cohesion and building trust among each other. It was great to see everyone giving each other their best, competing against each other but getting along well. It’s important for the team to stick together, especially when you’re working together on the same goals in a company. The bowling night was a great way to do that! It was a fun and relaxing evening away from the daily grind.
After the game, the evening ended with a cozy meal, until it was time to take the bus back home.
A teambuilding event is a great way to get to know each other and improve communication skills. It also helps with problem solving and creativity.We would recommend it to anyone who wants to have fun with their colleagues. It’s also a great way to strengthen team cohesion!
